Instructions

  1. Combine mojo criollo and Piñazo™ in a bowl. Rub over pork, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F. Sear pork on all sides, then roast for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  3. Let rest 5 minutes, slice, and serve with extra Piñazo™ on the side.
