As a family-owned business, we source fresh peppers from our own Miami garden and use time-honored techniques passed down through generations. From our first batch in a soda bottle to our Scovie Award-winning sauces, we’re proud to keep Cuban culinary traditions alive.

The story of Cuban Flame began in 2015 when Mario Cruz’s son Kevin asked for extra heat on their Christmas Eve roast. What started as a family experiment in Mario’s kitchen evolved into an award-winning brand that blends Cuban heritage with modern flavor innovation.
